Rules
- It is the responsibility of each member to make sure their monthly fee is paid into The Club account before the 14th of the month. If the money is not in the club account. that person's number will not be entered in that month's draw.
- The draw will take pplace usually on the last Saturday of the month unless decided otherwise by The Club.
- There will only be one winner per month who shall win £500 if their number is drawn. November will be an exception (see rule 4).
- Once a year, probably in November, the draw will be deemed a Superdraw. There will be three prizes for this month only. The first prize will be £1000, second prize will be £300 and third prize will be £200.
- If a member does not pay their money for two consecutive months, The Club will accept this as them having withdrawn from the club and their number will be offered to other members for future draws.
- The Club's decision on who wins will be final.
- There must always be a minimum of three club members to witness each draw.
- If is the responsibility of the winner to claim their prize money.
- The winner will be contacted by The Club wherever possible and paid by cheque.
- The winning number will be displayed on the EMTCC website.
- All Club numbers and members will be available on the EMTCC website.
